On April 21 2021, i got a message on WhatsApp from a Gujrat based “Scarlet Company” about data entry / Form filling job . After not paying attention to it they started calling me on my cellphone which i ignored several times. After i took the call I mentioned clearly that i will not pay a penny , then they said you will have too but when you complete the job.  The work was to fill 1000 forms in 10 days with 90% accuracy of which they will give me Rs34 per form .

They  asked my documents for verification purpose to see that i am above 18 years old, But without my further permission .they created the Document which was generally done by Copy-Pasting my name and address in it . The company employee  Divya Patel  then asked me to take the verifying call and just agree to it saying “app sirf HAAN HAAN bolna baki kuch bolo matt varna cancel hoga” .

• At first day i logged in at 10.25 and clicked on the icons visible they were not accessible to me on my phone . Next day 23/4/2021 i checked in again and found out that my account has been blocked
• Contacted the helpline and they said ,”You did not log out so your account is been blocked due to multiple logins at same time” Which is not true as i was only one device the whole time.
• When I didn’t find the option to log out I reached the email and the person that got me in this at that time of hour.
• They told me to repair the account or cancel the account and they also said ” agar appko pata nahi toh job kyu liya? appko clear hona chahiye and should have contacted us”.
• To repaire the account i have to pay Rs.6200 immediately or else LEAVE the  Job paying Rs.5400 immediately.
• As i am student I can’t pay that some of money (the reason why i searching  job in the first place)

Please Help Me !!!  If anyone Faced the similar situation please help me by commenting. It will make case stronger and more people can be aware of this two-faced so called company “Scarlet”
