Scarlet bank MasterCard debit card by incomm payments needs to fix issue with card lock feather. Card lock feature on for seven days after that it’s automatically unlock without your permission if fraud is on your account after seven days Fraudsters still can access your bank account drain it you will have no luck getting your money back this bank account is by incomm payments they need better account security they also have employees accessing customers accounts stilling money when calling customer service support they don’t answer the phones they just hang up on you tell you whatever transfer you to someone else when you try to get a issue resolved with your account online website has no firewall security to protect you from online attacks website is outdated poor graphics design changes for replacement card $20.00 when other debit cards replacement cards are free. this card ran by those scumbags incomm payments in Atlanta Georgia they are up to no good they don’t care about their card holders all they care about making money this company need to be put out of business this service and customer support is unexpectble something needs to be done about incomm payments asap!!
