I had ordered a Fitbit Versa on July 26, 2025. However, till date neither the product has been shipped nor they have initiated a refund. They are not answering to my calls and every email I sent gets a similar response reply saying that the refund shall be initiated. They are fooling the public and some action needs to be taken against them immediately.
