I am totally frustrated from the kind of customer service that you people have given till date.
I have been trying to contact mpokket from past 3 months.
Executive calls me when I’m at work and when I call them back they don’t pick the call. sometime call doesn’t even connect.
FIRST INCIDENT : I had lost my job due to COVID 19 during August. So I wanted to apply for payment extension. But I was not able to login to the mpokket app because my sim was lost.
Because of which I emailed mpokket asking for a payment extension. But instead I got an email of “steps to apply for payment extension through the app” however my first concern was itself is that I am not able to login to the app.
And till date mpokket didn’t help with a payment extension nor they helped me in any other way. And the intrest kept adding all the way till today.
I have spoken to more than 15 customer executives over the phone explaining my situation but none of them was able to help me. I have all the proofs and screenshots.
I even sent all the screenshot of the email that sent to mpokket.
And the last person who spoke to me refused to say his name even after asking multiple times. he was completely rude and unprofessional.
