Travelo Tourism PVT Ltd is a Lahore based Travel agency.On 20 January 2022 MR Asif Called us on our UAN number for asking a ticket fare for Karachi to Sharja route. One of our team member Arhum, informed him about the ticket fare from Karachi to Sharjah and PCR Test charges and MR asif confirmed Air ticket and PCR test both services in 81000 PKR. Mr Asif said i have paid you Rs/70,300 by cheque in hbl bank account of company owner Shaharyar Zahid. unfortunately Bank started showing amount in E statement and with a tag clearing we though amount is credited and provided him all services that if he had paid 70300 for sure he will pay rest as well as he was acting quite decent and committed to pay remaining amount after some time before flight departure. But suddenly after 2 days Bank deducted 140,600 from our account when we complained they said 70,300 cheque did not cleared that why that i debited automatically and rest was bank error it will refunded. We contacted him again he said my apology i will submit new cheque again and than he submitted with wrong name like Shaharyar Ahmad in place of Shaharyar Zahid and again cheque was received and reversed .
we were trying to contact him again and again even requested him to clear it but he keep on saying I am transferring in an hour in a day in 15 minutes and all lame excuses at last said will come to office and now both numbers switched off
and he did fraud with our campany of amount PKR 81000 .His both contact numbers 03332467617, 03249251655.
Its a humble request to Cyber Crime please investigate and bring this matter to a solution. we are helpless as he is from Karachi.
