Text of Complaint by Abhigyan:

I ordered a avante bar from the original site of boAT lifestyle. I paid online and when i got the product i found out it was damaged then later i went up on site to get replacement then the replacement was quick. When the replaced product arrived, i opened it and again found a damaged product but in a different way now! There was no option of return or refund at site , so i sent mails to their customer suppport by attaching photos of the damaged product received but they tried stalling me for atleast a month and in the end told me that the evidence isn’t sufficient and they closed my complaint! What should i do with that damaged product siting idle in my almirah and my money wasted! ORDER ID is 4253582EX1
