Subject: Urgent: Refund & Installation Delay – JioAirFiber
Dear Jio Customer Support,
I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my recent experience with JioAirFiber services.
Initially, I made a payment of ₹500 for a JioAirFiber connection. However, the service was later declared unavailable in my area. Despite this, I have not received a refund for the ₹500 paid.
Subsequently, I placed another order for JioAirFiber and paid ₹1111. It has now been over a week, and there has been no progress on the installation, nor have I been contacted by any service personnel. I have also found it extremely difficult to get in touch with your support team for updates.
This delay and lack of communication are highly disappointing and unprofessional. I kindly request the following:
