I’ve ordered a product advertised on instagram named faction hut of Rs.999 on COD option. I’ve received the order on 3rd August and it was delivered by Ekart express. since it’s a trustable delivery service ,I’ve bought the product and paid the amount using UPI and when I opened the product I came to know that I was scammed and got very frustrated with that . It was a torn cloth inside the parcel. I would like to raise a complaint and want my money back . Playing with people’s emotion is not cool and these scammers should be punished.
