I am complaining about Pacific-onlinemall, this app is using Whatsapp and telegram for the procedures of doing the tasks and communicating with the agents.
The apps needs to complete the task (puting an order which is system automated to match the order, based on the recharge money in the account but if the balance is not enough need to recharge thru gcash) before withdrawing the money. In the first three position (newbie, to vip 1) orders were affordable and can only recharge maximum of 5k, then withdraw money so got interesting till reach vip2 so need to recharge 713.00. So, there are 7 tasks to be completed, now the prize getting bigger but the recharge amount is enough till then tasks 6 to 7 they called it lucky tasks because you need to recharge almost 10k and worst 47k to complete it, you can’t withdraw your money if you can’t recharge and place the order successfully. I ask the manager and offer a help so, I got I tried to complete it, so I’m so excited to withdraw my money because the manger instructed you can withdraw your money now, but the sad part is I borrowed money from the company so I need to repay it, so I tried to talk to the manager to just deduct it from my account and does not stated in their policy that charges is not deductible from the account. So it ried to look money to repay it. Then here comes now the withdrawal process, I was referred to financial department for withdrawal process, I request for withdrawal as instructed by the finance department but sadly I was rejected since my account is more than 100k so there’s tax, so need to pay tax and withdraw the money. I ask the finance department again, and tell her I can’t afford now to pay for the tax since I almost had my money on the account already can you deduct it, but she answered sorry this is not deductible from your account, what to do pay tax first and withdraw money.. so I clarified again from the manager, however that can’t do nothing because that is bank law, I told her you are a bank manager and don’t have that action?
I’m worrying how to get back my money…
