I order an cat food worth Rs.3690 from ThePetCare ( https://www.thepetcare.in/ ) website initially they responded to my message but once they knew I have made the payment they stopped responding to my message, emails and calls. They also have an Instagram account here is the link ( https://instagram.com/thepetcare?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== ) and also active WhatsApp no – +91 83094 12517. I then researched about the company and found they have scammed many people for much higher amounts. I request you to take strict action against them and shut their fraud company down. I also have screenshots as proof. This scammers are using phonepe gateway for their transaction pl contact phonepe and shut down they payment gateway so people will not get scammed for a while.
