I came to know after a year that I got scammed by Crio.Do Crio.Do Support CRIO
Elaboration of the conversion between CRIO representative Vijayanand and Jibran Nasir Khan:-
1. As CRIO policy overview session will be taken which I attended and for projects you do research and get information on your own and complete the project – I am a working professional I do not have for research and get information from other sources to finish my projects as Technical Team only after 30-40 mins only offered me to go back and listen to the recording or get information from elsewhere which I could not as I could only invest 3-4 hours daily as I am a working professional. (At the time of applying the course I was told one on one sessions will be taken regularly for issues which did not happen) Ticket was raised with the customer success team informing the challenge I was facing and I was told to repeat the monthly sprint which I did but still projects issues and and doubts were not cleared.
2. As per CRIO they do not have a policy for cancellation and refund : I spoke to Saleha and her Manager had clearly said this is a program for working professionals and you do not have to struggle for information. All the info will be delivered by CRIO and investing 3 hours daily is enough. and after understanding it is not for you to cancel the program. (But now I am told it is not CRIO’s policy to cancel and refund)
3. CRIO believes in Learning by doing – Today while talking to Vijayan I understood only overview session would be taken and i have to do research find answers else where and do the projects (I cannot do as I am working professional and I was lied that all information will be given by CRIO)
4. One on One session : I till date never had one on One sessions. Technical experts meet on google for not more than 15mins. I only had it 4 times in the whole year but not more than that. (It is not sufficient to understand the whole session)
Conclusion : I have wasted my whole year and money Rs165000.00 without learning anything as CRIO only gave overview information and expected I get in depth information elsewhere which was not possible. (Time and money wasted)
Requirement : To cancel my subscription and get my refund as a false promise was delivered by CRIO.
Situation : Left very frustrated and Vijayanand closed the stating to continue with the same situation as he would not be able to do anything but can only state CRIO policy does not allow refund and cancellation. and Thanked me for my patience. My career, my day to day struggle with the project for 4 hours daily, Time – 1 year, and money – Rs165000.00 all wasted.
There is more to it, however in the matter of time I have just mentioned the overview. I got scammed by CRIO after a year.
