The company name is Travolook i booked a flight with them on their official website with the fare i paid. They took the money then cancelled my booking stating that the fare has expired and I have email and all evidences to support this. It was their issue so they asked me to wait for the refund and said that it would take 10-15 days. This company has bad reviews about refunding the money and same issues where they cancels the ticket and the make excuses Tried their customer care but they all are scammers and have not refunded my money. I choose not to wait anymore hence filing this chargeback as today was the last day they asked me to wait. They are of no help hence need my money back. It’s been 6 months now. This is a scam company based in Gurugram HR Ticket Ref ID REF960544082
