I tried booking a ticket on December 16th, 2021 from Mumbai to Chennai. My reference ID is REF974945460. I got a call from travolook telling that I need to pay ₹900 to confirm my ticket booking else the initial booking will be cancelled. I confirmed to cancel and asked for a refund and I was informed it’ll be refunded by 7 to 10 working days. Upon reading reviews by other users, I came to know that travolook is not a legitimate website and scamming people in the name of flight booking and unnecessary delayed refunds. I need my refund at the earliest. There is no need to wait to get back my hard earned money. If I’m not getting my refund by December 17, 2021 10 AM, I’ll be filling a complaint and I’ll face this legally with the support of Indian cyber crime officials and the government. Hoping this never happens to anyone anymore.
