I ordered one plus nord ce 2 on 9th june & it was delivered on 12th june, after few days there was a problem arised about Battery drain. I complaint to flipkart but they said visit one plus store. One plus store said there is no warranty remain, it was activated 1 year ago. And the phone was not in a warranty period. I contacted flipkart that your seller scammed me by delivering old phone, from past 4 days they are not solving my issue and i already submitted of activation date and invoice of my order.And Seller also denying of not exchanging the phone they said it was open box delivery but where is the Warranty of the phone. Now whom to complaint again and again.
