I ordered a big tote bag from Brandzook worth ₹4275. I even spoke to them on WhatsApp asking for dimensions of the bag and they replied quickly and nicely. Today i gt my order and they have sent this cheap Rs 100 bag which is not even close to the bag i ordered. Fully scammed.
