on 10th March, I confirmed the order of 4 Pakistani unstitched suits, total amount billing to Rs. 3600. By 11th march, I had paid the full amount via Googlepay on a beneficiary name Butter fry Tiffin. On 13th March, I was conveyed the courier is picked and should be delivered soon. However, until 19th March I didnt receive any shipment. Hence I had to followup again, but I didnt receive replies and nobody answered the Instagram audio calls initiated by me.
On 22nd March 2022, she replied saying she was unwell and was admitted in hospital, she will be back by the weekend and will ship by Saturday or will arrange to ship by Saturday. I was considerate enough to give her the liberty to ship by the next weekend. After that I didnt receive any calls/ tracking details/ or messages. She stopped replying to my messages, I was blocked.
