I’d like to tell the real Amazon team that i was induced to buy fake products that looked promising. I had bought a mic which costs me around 3,500 the day before this all happened (June 18). On June 19, at morning, a call came to me on my registered mobile number linked with my amazon account. First they told me that I had won the amazon gift because of the purchasement made earlier. I chose iphone 11 pro from all the options they offered me but seems like it was all planned before. They are frauds. When I was about to receive my gift they told me to buy something that would sum up to 5000— I kept two items in my cart (total=5989) along with the iphone 11 pro that costs around 94,000. After that they asked me to pay the amount in gpay not in the app since they had to get the cash directly in their account. I did as they told and then the lady who was speaking to me said to pick up the call that would come in 15-20 mins and had told me not to miss that. Their voice tone was so reassuring that I had to pick up that call. At that time, it was a male who was speaking over the phone . He told me to pay 12,000 for the gst (which is quite high) since the products would come from Kolkata. At that time I was taken aback and suddenly it came to my mind that it could be fake. Plus they told me that all the three products would reach me in 48 hours which was completely bullshit thinking of it now because both the items which i already paid for showed 4-5 weeks to come as it was shipping from Korea directly.

After all this happened I thought of not accepting the gift. So i cancelled it and they sounded infuriating but still considered my decision. After this I called them to get my refunds back, they first picked up the calll and lied to me that the refund had already been deposited. When I told them that i didn’t get it they told me that they’ll arrange a call for me but the call hasn’t come to me till now. I have tried to contact them through whatsapp and regular calls but they didn’t do anything about it. They kept me on read and now they don’t even see my messages. They keep their mobile phones switched off or it tells me that the number is invalid. I’m so disgusted about their work and the way they talked to me. I feel so betrayed right now.

I hope the Amazon team would help me as soon as possible. I have tried my best to explain the situation. Please give your best concerns and look at this issue diligently. Thank you. Will be waiting for a positive response soon.
