I bought a pair of shoes online in instagram, he asked me to pay 200 rs in advance for placing the order and even assured refund of complete money if not satisfied. But I had the placed the order and paid 200 rs and was not willing to pay the rest 1000rs so I cancelled the order. Now, i am not getting my 200 rs refund.
