Dear sir ,
I purchased a iPhone 14 from Flipkart.
With seen a great deal of exchange with my old phone .
My expected time to exchange of my mobile after delivery is 13 August.
But 11 August is received a message that my exchange was canceled.
I shocked after see that no one come and even a call me for exchange and my exchange is canceled .
This becomes a fraud with me .
Plz take a strict action regarding that .
So that a good relationship between us will so long .

My bill for mobile is this
