I ordered items thinking that it was a genuine site. Since the advertisements was in Facebook, I trusted it and paid online. Now its been more than 2 weeks,but I have not received any items. The site claimed 2-3 days delivery, but they have still not delivered my order. I do not know what to do and whom to complain. Please help me retrieve my money back.
