I have ordered boat watch from a website called music club and this website looked similar to boat and I have done the payment but didn’t received the product and now the website is not getting open. The payment which I have made is showing under company name called Gokul creation

I too faced the same issue. And this time, this Gokul Creation has come out with The Dry Fruits Bazaar – https://thedryfruitsbazar.shopify.com and I placed the order with the payment of Rs.833/- through Paytm on 9th April., 2024 and till today ( 14th April ), there is no response nor delivery from them.
When I checked online through the link provided in the mail from shopify.com, I notice that they have closed their shop.
No response from them, regarding the status of the order.
