They were liars and caused a lot of trouble in the trip.
There was water shortage in the hotel they had assigned. Upon complaining, they did not act professionally.
They lied to me saying that the hotel was 800 meters. But it was more than 1.5 kms. This can be confirmed by checking the hotel wahej towers. I am attaching the brochure of their tour package which I took.
The hotel was 3rd class, and the geyser did not work as expected.
The flight they assigned did not have any food. They did not even bother to ask about the food.
This is not a tour company. This company just assigns agents from Pakistan. That’s it. Their team members are not present there. There is no group as such. It is just a bit of communication.
Their agents do the same thing for other tour operators.
They are liars. When I complained about the hotel distance, they said that the distance is measured from the haram boundary, which is a lie. After confronting them, they told me the distance is from the bus stop. I told them I will check the distance and let them know. They told me to focus on tilawat instead.
This all happened during Ramadan. They do not respect the Hajis. They are unprofessional liars.
First, they will talk to you nicely but don’t get fooled by that.
