I received a call from someone named Prashanth at Motilal who introduced me to TGS services, claiming they would trade on my behalf and recover their charges within a month. However, they did not mention that the service was non-cancelable. After 29,900 was debited from my demat account, I contacted Motilal’s team, but they were unresponsive, stating that I had not traded yet and that if the TGS charges were not recovered within a month, they would refund them. Today, I emailed them to cancel TGS, but they replied that it was not cancellable. These seem to be scammers. How can I complain about them?
