I got a msg from @success 332 and they told that they will provide me my frozen amount refund than they told me to transfer some fees so I transfer them now 38hr complete still they saying that refund is under process from bank they assure me that they will provide my money which get frozen because of Amazoncoprative scam i still waiting for my refund but they telling have patience from last 24 hr

Yes. This @Success332 Telegram group is a complete fraud and scam. He is taking advantage of helpless victims and cheating them further on the pretext of giving a refund. I have reported his number to the police and cyber crime authorities. Hopefully they will put the person behind the @Success332 Telegram channel in jail and punish him severely.
