**Title: A Distressing Encounter with Easy Recruitments: A Cautionary Tale**
As I pen down this review, I find myself disheartened and compelled to share my deeply unsettling experience with Easy Recruitments. It is my sincere hope that shedding light on my encounter will serve as a warning to others who might be considering their services. This consultancy, led by Shivakami, has unfortunately turned out to be one of the most unprofessional and unethical experiences I have ever faced.
By the end of March, I received a call from Easy recruitments claims of being a leading consultancy with a proven track record. Enticed by the prospect of a promising career advancement, I decided to reach out and explore the opportunities they claimed to offer. Shivakami, who purported herself to be the managing director, was quick to assure me of her capabilities and promised to secure a better-paying job within 45 days. The cost of this service was two lakh with an initial payment of one lakh, a significant amount that I justified as an investment in my future.
Initially, Shivakami’s confidence and her portrayal of being an industry leader were convincing. However, as the days turned into weeks and the weeks into months, it became evident that something was amiss. The promised job never materialized, and my attempts to seek updates or get clarity were met with evasive responses and vague assurances. It became increasingly clear that I had been entrapped in a well-orchestrated scam.
The interactions with the HR team, including Priya and Milton, served only to compound my frustration. They organized a series of fake calls and meetings, each proving to be nothing but a facade to stall for time. These tactics, instead of offering tangible job prospects, became nothing more than a means to delay the inevitable realization of their fraudulent intentions. Their deceit and manipulation have cost me not only the significant fee paid but also valuable time and peace of mind.
What is most disheartening is the complete lack of accountability from Shivakami, who as the leading figure of this operation, should have been responsible and ethical. Her refusal to acknowledge my grievance or provide a refund is a testament to her unprofessional conduct. Her demeanor, cold and dismissive, has left me feeling cheated and abandoned. It is alarming that an individual in her position can operate with such blatant disregard for the individuals they purport to help.
Easy Recruitments has revealed itself to be an organization built on deception, preying on the aspirations of honest individuals seeking to improve their career prospects. The emotional and financial toll of this experience has been significant, leaving me jaded and cautious about future professional engagements.
For anyone considering engaging with Easy Recruitments, I urge you to think twice. There are numerous reputable consultancies committed to genuinely assisting individuals in their career journeys. Unfortunately, Easy Recruitments does not align with these values, and my experience stands as a cautionary tale of the potential pitfalls they present.
In conclusion, my dealings with Easy Recruitments and Shivakami have been nothing short of a distressing journey marked by deceit and unfulfilled promises. Their lack of integrity and ethical values stands as a stark warning to all prospective clients. Protect your interests and seek out a consultancy that values transparency, accountability, and genuine service. Save yourself the trouble and disappointment that I, regrettably, had to endure.
