I have ordered some jwellery from my Shopify website sold by ( Dream jewellery , Mumbai, Maharashtra-400097 ) and they delivered the product but the product is not same which we have ordered for….and the delivered product is not worth of the amount which I have paid for …..now I want return or refund but the website is not working and showing unavailable website….. I have contacted the e com service but they said they can’t help us to return they asked to file a return to the website but the website is unavailable…this is totally a fraud case… Please help …. Many people are being scammed by this site ( Myshopify.com )
