I have ordered a pair of shoes on 20th September 2022 Worth rupees of 2200 INR From a Shop Via WhatsApp. I have pay the amount of 100 INR to the merchant UPI I’d for order confirmation then rest of the money (2100 INR) for CASH ON DELIVERY (COD). On 28 th of September I received the product and give the payment and later when I opened the parcel I got A Wrong Product and also Damaged product, So instantly i text the merchant for Refund, at first he tell me to Pack back the parcel for Return ,but he wasn’t sending any pickup man to recieve the product neither Refunding the money and also Didn’t reply mu text . AT LAST I FOUND THAT HE HAS DONE FRAUD WITH ME.
