Hi Shopify Team,

I have saw add running on instagram stating that offer which is 1kg. Cashewnuts is for Rs.299/- etc. So placed the order by saw shopify name. While placing order was asking for prepaid payment option only and i have did the payment on the same. Even i have got order confirmation mails and messages on my mobile. After a day passed i have checked the order tracking status and its showing your order has been fulfilled but i won’t received any product from the same. So there i got to you something wrong is there.

So i have mailed them on their help line mail support, but would not got any response from the same.

I have purchased 1 kg. Cashew = Rs.299/-, 1 kg. Almond = Rs.299/-, 1 kg. Cashew = Rs.299/-, Black Khajur = Rs. 169/-199 Approx and even purchased 15 litre fortune food oil = rs.599/-

In Total Order Sum is Rs. 1366/-
