I placed an order on 20th July, 2022 Wednesday from an Instagram Page trend_on_the_go. I ordered a Suit-Salwar of size 44 and they sent size 42. And when I asked to exchange the product with the right size, they replied they Can’t due to some policy reasons. Yes it was clearly written that No Returns and Exchnage only in case of defective/ wrong product. Its wrong Size of the product that they sent. The product is not even fitting me. Its of no use. I want them to kindly Exchange it with the right size. Or if not they should except the return and Refund my full amount as its their fault of sending me the wrong size. I am sending a tons of messages but no response from their side.
Please Help me out with the above problem.
Immediate action on this would be highly appreciated.
