Sir I wanted to buy an BGMI game account account on telegram from a guy named Saksham Malik. I payed him 1300 rupees then he told me to pay service fees of 2100 rupees which was later negotiated to 1000 rupees and later he again asked for 700 rupees for code fees which was never aksed. And when i tell him to refund me my money he is not doing soo . I am a student sir please help me
