I have been looking for refurbished laptops on my phone and got results from Adriar.in
They have been offering refurbished products on very cheap and effectively affordable rates that anyone can easily place order.
Since I was in need of the above-mentioned product so badly, I placed order for an Acer laptop (refurbished) and made the payment of Rs. 2499/- through PayU gateway.
I got confirmation mail from PayU, where the merchant was mentioned just as Merchant, no information about merchant was placed on it.
I waited for couple of hours post payment for the Adriar.in to send invoice from their end, but i haven’t received any so I come to realise that I’ve been cheated from the company’s end.
I will also write to PayU asking for whatsoever chargeback/ assistance they can offer. But i don’t think any progress would be made in my regards.
I am submitted this complain for a record so that the information submitted my be couldn’t be put to any inappropriate use.
I want to request authorites to take legal action against such fraudsters and offer me the possibile help/assistance.
