I ordered a clothing piece from an Instagram page: @glamorouss.comm . Before purchasing, I checked the reviews on their Instagram highlights. Everything appeared okay to me, so I messaged them regarding the price, which was 499rs. They asked for my details, like phone number and address, which I gave them. When the payment was about to proceed, I asked them if I can pay online, because they mentioned there will be no delivery fee if we pay online, via UPI. So, obviously i chose the online option. They send me the scanner, I paid them, and they promised that I’ll receive my order in 7-8 days, plus they said I’ll receive a confirmation call, which I didn’t received. I asked them if my order is dispatched or not, as I haven’t got any call, and they said yes. After 10 days, i still didn’t got my order, so I again messaged them, they replied that there is some issues, and I’ll soon recieve my order. But, it’s been 20+ days, and I haven’t received my order. I’m constantly messaging them to refund me, but they are completely ignoring my messages. Please help me getting my money back.
