Hi. I had booked an appointment on 16th of January,2023 for second hand car inspection and car scan paying a total of Rs:1599/- But it was totally worthless and useless. Mr. Mohnish kini and the manager at go mechanic Pramod were hands in gloves. Theh dint even open the bonet to check the engine or what so over. I asked them to lift the car so that I can have a look beneath the car. And then I found oil leakages and suspension issues. Which they then agreed to. But they did not give an estimate about how much would it cost to repair the charges even after me asking continously. Infact Pramod the manager told me this is not a good car and was trying to sell me two cars which he had. How unprofessional is that. Even if i would have taken a local mechanic he would give an estimate for the repair. But this professional service was a gimmick and more like a scam. I am very dissapointed and would like to escalate this matter. I need a refund for my money.
