Was applying for a loan of 50k and was asked first to pay 2.5k as management fee(which was told that it’ll be refunded) and then again was misled that the my bank had rejected it and that my loan account was frozen and that I had to pay 20% of the loan amount(10k) to unfreeze my account. Did that too and then no response at all.There is no proper customer care,call options or mail either. They HAVE TO BE TAKEN CARE OF PROPERLY and this is not a small amount,our hard earned money must not be scammed by such uneducated bastards who cannot even respond in proper language or act proper.
