After installing by giving basic details , they credited INR 3,862 without my consent and need to repay double the amount of 6000 rs on 6 th day .
I tried contacting customer care to cancel and no response after 2 days sent a link to pay the amount credited and that link (UPI ID) you will get warning showing that payment is risky, and doesn’t work.
Even after multiple request they didn’t provided the correct link to cancel my loan.
And now they are giving multiple threatening messages and calls by giving the pressure.
I have made 3800 payment which I received, but now they want me to pay INR 6048 again.
Kindly help on the same.
They call and message from VPN and with +92 country code, which is of Pakistan.
And this app had got 4.5 above ratings as the ppl working for this app are giving 5 star ratings in between .
You can check very clearly , if customers submit their genuine rating by telling they are getting cheated , you can see a 5 star rating/ review by mentioning its a great app right after the genuine review .
