I am Sarbani Chakraborty a resident of Kolkata, oblidged to report an offensive act by a fake loan company named EASY LOAN(vendor GOOD WALLET) would like to inform you that I had applied for a small loan amount on 17th of February’2023 for Rs3000 but i got a sum of 1800 on my account. And i had to repay the amount within 7days of the disbursement date which is 23.02.23. But since 3,4days i have been getting unwanted calls and messages from different numbers from Bangladesh, UK etc stating they immediately need their money and their way of approach is extremely negative. They started abusing and sending dirty irrevant pictures which is extremely harassing. Now when i am trying to pay the amount through the app(easy loan) it’s not happening. And the agents are sending different upi ids and links to which i declined paying as I was not sure whether this is genuine or scam. I have then mailed the company(mail id- [email protected]) and when they sent their upi payment link in mail, I transferred their roll over amount of 1200 to (telecomsmart1@ybl) as per the guideline and rest balance I can pay after another 7days which is 1800. But i am genuinely concerned to pay further amount as i think this is totally a fake app. Now the matter of concern is even after paying the amount, it is not reflecting on the loan app and shows payment overdue. Again this morning, from a different number i am getting messages to pay the amount or else they will morph dirty pictures of mine and send it to all contacts as they say the app has access to all contacts. Yesterday they sent dirty pictures to the alternate number that i provided on the app to threaten . Now i strongly believe this whole system is a scam and they are taking advantages of different people in the name of giving loan which results in harassment and grabbing money from people. I am afraid about the fact if they misuse my photo,pancard or bank account.
I have reported and blocked the numbers however these are the recent numbers that i have.

So I sincerely request you to take strict action urgently against this fraud company and their agents. Please do the needful as this case needs immediate action.
