Dear concern I am victim of  fake loan app as I applied a  personal loan for medical emergency on ram Fincorp which is known by R.K. Bansal Finance Private Limited, a Non-Banking Finance Company registered with the Reserve Bank of India (Registration Number: B-14.00700) on 17th September 2024 for 20000 rupees via ram Fincorp app available on google play store .I received the amount which is 17640 rupees . on 1st October 2024 I received the welcome letter from ram Fincorp and the rate of interest was mentioned 582 percent annually which was not shown in app before and also against to the RBI Guidelines . I called to the mentioned customer support number on same day and asked to reduce the rate of interest guess it’s a mistake by company but customer support told me that it’s a pay day loan means I have to pay interest every day .i mailed to the company for reduce the interest  but they were like robotic answer from the mail side too . on 18th October 2024 I received a collection call from tanisq and he asked me to repay the amount I mentioned that I have mailed to reduce the interest rate and convert into emi as its huge amount for me to pay as I am not earning due to the medical condition so he said he will speak with his senior and will ask for the extension and made me to pay 1000 rupees and I paid the amount on same time .but after receiving the amount they are continually calling me and threating me for paying the amount and saying will send recovery agents team 5-6 people to my home and will recover the amount any how . kindly help me as I am not fit medically and mentally
