I have order a lehenga from meesho. The delivery status was not updated as “DELIVERED”. Customer care asked to send real picture of product with the invoice. I did as asked twice. After weeks of patience and constantly speaking to meesho. Now they say nothing can be done I have to keep the products and they have to solution to this problem.
Not once happened to me again with other product too.
It is clearly an intend to loot the customers by not updating status.
