Hello team,
I wanted to take a small loan for an emergency and ended up downloading the HappyCash app. They initially displayed that I’ll get a loan of 20K, which is what I required. However, when I click the submit button, I got a message that stated the system is processing. After a while, my bank was credited with 1.8K, I was shocked and checked the HappyCash app and it showed that my loan in 3K and 1.8K is sent to my account and 1.2K is the interest or processing fee. I don’t see a way to cancel this loan as 1.8K is of no use for me since I wanted 20K. Now after checking, I fear that they might start blackmailing me or threaten me to pay even if I return the payment because There is no way to contact the customer support team and I am in a helpless and clueless situation.
