I ordered a pack of 5 shorts from Faction Hut that appeared as a sponsored ad on Instagram. While it took almost a week to reach my address, what I received was dirty old denim jeans with stains all over. It’s disgusting that people have resorted to doing such scams. I paid Rs.799 via COD. However, should have been smarter about checking the product while receiving it. EKART and Shiprocket need to verify such sellers, if not at least they should do a thorough check-in registering the details of such sellers. Request urgent involvement of the law and order maintaining authorities at the earliest before they scam more people like us on the go.
