Yesterday evening we received a product from ‘Zeny Enterprises Franchise’ which was not booked from our side thereby no intimation is available with us.
Please note the following:
*. Product not order by us no seller info available
*. No call received from Delhivery Team regarding the complaint raised (product was received via Delhivery courier)
*. Seller information or reference I’d or challan number or gst number of the seller should be provided on the invoice which is not attached . Nor the seller description is mentioned on the product
We have paid Rs 599 for a product price of Rs 249
