I booked my flight on 7 June 2022 and received a cancellation due to change in fair prices. The email wrote that my refund will be generated with 15days. It has been 2 + months and 20 calls to customers care. The customer support team is rude, they say ‘I cannot do anything’ and disconnect the call. I wish I could give a negative rating. This company is a SCAM.
