I am writing this on behalf of my friend who got scammed on kafzudio. First they sent low quality cheap products for high price ,,as soon as my friend received the order she contacted them for return but they blocked her soo she told me what happened and i contacted them regarding the issue ..
They thought i was a customer soo they were oretty polite in the starting ,but when they knew i came for return and refund they falsely said that they have put on the order on return. But gave no information whatsoever ,, about the date or any way to track it..

I am attaching the ss of the chat ,they agreed themselves that the order is under return but as u can see in the ss they have been ignoring the messages.
kindly help.
