I booked a flight ticket through Travolook today and after making a payment I landed on a page which reads to wait for 30 mins to get the confirmation. However within next 10 mins received an email about cancellation as the PNR confirmation not received by Travolook. I also received a call from them and post that I tried to reach to their customer care number but i couldn’t get through. I also saw many complaining posts about this agency and it looks to be fradulent company. They are sitting on customer money for 10-15 days and I am surprised how Google is allowing them to listed on their paid ad on the first page.
