My AMC was about to expire and got a call from Sureka Forbes pretending to be Eureka Forbes. They made me believe that my amc is expiring and need to renew it. I believed them as they had all my information.
I was made to pay for 3years plan and paid 5800/- to the agent(Prakash). After he received the payment told that the bill will be sent to me in whatsapp. After he left, i did receive the bill with Sureka Forbes. I assumed it could be there subsidiary company and ignored. Its been 8months no service call nothing. I called Eureak forbes and asked them for a service. They immediately told me that you might got scammed by Sureka Forbes for AMC renewal. Since a month trying to contact Eureka forbes and trying to book a service appointment.l, they say that the technician will come but he never comes. BE CAREFUL EVERYONE
