I want to invest 500 in Tata mutual fund through sip. Paytm money is the app through which I can invest in Tata mutual fund. I invested in it but due to their issue my transaction got failed so I again tried and again failed . After a time of 5 mins i got message from bank that my money rs.1000 was deducted . I messaged them so they reply me it will be refunded in 3 to 7 days now today is 15 day and now they stop responding to my query . They just keep on saying have patience have patience. Now they have new excuse send me statement I also send it to them but they are returning it . Please sir kindly take action against such creeps and help me return my money . I will be very thankful to you..
