I booked hotel rooms from OYO application. I paid for the hotels on the app. When I went to the hotel I was denied check in. This happened 3 days in a row. First it was in Varanasi, second Lucknow and third Agra. First the hotel said that they don’t have any rooms available. There was prostitution going on. Every 15 mins a prostitute was coming and going. Later they told me they don’t have any rooms available for the amount I have paid. If such is the case then why OYO is listing those prices on the app. Then after speaking with customer care for 2-3 hours, they told me that I will be given a different hotel. The condition of those hotels were horrific. I spoke with customer care again, this time they promised me that I will be given refund but after 20 days the refund has not yet arrived. I also had another booking for Natural which I canceled and I was told that I will be getting full refund. That also didn’t come.
