I applied for loan of 300000 and then they send me welcome letter and ask for 2000 to process application further. I paid two thousand and then they send me a agreement with 500 rupee stamp paper and asked for 5000 for the process and told me that it’s refundable amount.
Then they send me a message for loan security money of 12568 and told me that once you paid that amount the loan will be disbursed, I paid.
Then they told me that the amount is on hold as per the insurance department they charged 18450.
Then they sent me msg on behalf RBI that the loan amount is on hold due to gateway issue and charged for 49500.
In total I lost my 69000.
