I lived at a PG named Hostelyard in Kamla Nagar, New Delhi with monthly rent of 21.5 K and 43K security deposit out of which 1 month deposit was adjusted against rent and after 50 days of vacating the pg the owner hasn’t refunded my other 21.5K
