I am writing this grievance to inform you that a vacation providing company registered as Os Dia De Festa Vacation, at Johella Apts, Sh No 03, Chandrawado, ward 2, Fatorda, Madgaon, Goa 403602, phone no +91 84216 58656, 9226531939, is scamming the innocent people visiting Goa.

Backgrund:
I have visited Goa in the month of Nov’2024 along with my family (spouse and 02 kids), there in North Goa (near wishpering palms beach resorts, sinquerim beach, fort aguada rd, candolim, Goa 403515) we met a person who was promoting the vacation/ holiday membership and invited us to visit the Wishpering Palms Beach Resort. We visited the Wishpering Palms Beach Resort on 02-Nov-2024.
Inside the Wishpering Palms Beach Resort, staff of concerned resort interacted with us and guided us to the banquet hall where they presented us the holiday membership and offered a formal agreement for INR 2.35 lakhs for 25 years (enclosed is the membership agreement).
Then we came back to Mumbai. However, after few days we tried to book holiday vacation through their online portal/ given mob number but despite of multiple follow-ups they refuse to book the same and later stopped responding to calls and emails.
Now there are plenty of people who are victims of this scam started posting google reviews about this scam.
Request you to kindly initiate quick action on this scam to freeze their bank account which may involve crores of money to prevent common people being victimized and arrest the perpetrators.
Also, help to recover my hard-earned money from them.
I will provide all the available information and help in a best possible manner in this.
